FOUNDER-LED EVENT CAMPAIGN - “Pourquoi choisir une école Montessori aujourd’hui ?”École Montessori de Lyon

Goal:

A full-funnel event campaign built around a public conference led by the school’s founder, designed to convert credibility and heritage into qualified visit and enrollment leads for the 2026/2027 intake.

Objectives

    • Build awareness of the school’s history and pedagogical expertise (credibility).
    • Generate visit bookings and/or 2026/2027 enrollments.
    • Collect qualified leads (contact details) from interested families.
    • Produce reusable content – photos, video, quotes – for future campaigns.
Targets
  • Primary: parents of children aged 0-6 and 6-12 (legal guardians); alumni and current families acting as ambassadors.
  • Secondary: local education professionals (Rotary contacts), local journalists and parenting blogs.
Key message

“The oldest Montessori school in Lyon: tradition, expertise, and pedagogy adapted for today. Come meet Françoise Neri and discover the Montessori philosophy.”

Why it worked

Anchoring the campaign in the founder’s personal authority turned a single evening talk into a full lead-generation funnel: a credible message, a tight multi-channel timeline, and a low-friction registration path (form or QR code) meant awareness converted directly into visit requests without a hard sales pitch.
